The
NOAA Coasts, Estuaries, and Oceans (CEO) Program is chartered
to ensure that complex land-sea interface of observations,
analyses, and forecasts, which affect critical decisions that
impact lives, property, and resources, are provided in a timely
and accurate manner to decision makers and the public. The
development, integration, and dissemination of CEO data, products,
and information directly address management and stewardship
of the crucial coastal regime, as well as NOAA's obligation
to supply its data to the Integrated Ocean Observing System
(IOOS) backbone.
